The About page's markdown-table rule (.tab-content table) also matched
DataTable's inner <table>, turning it into its own scroll container
instead of the DataTable wrapper. Scope the rule to the About page.

The docs said the UD Foundation was the 990 source. The configured EINs
are UD itself (all Schedule J rows) and the UD Research Foundation.

New eada/ ingest downloads Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act files
(FY2007-2025) and loads UD's institution totals and per-sport expenses.
The Athletics tab shows expenses by category with the FBS transition
marked, growth against university spending, cost per undergraduate,
share of university expenses, and coach/AD compensation from Schedule J,
with sourced context on UD's FY2025 budget messaging.

Move inline styles into assets/style.css with wrapping KPI and chart rows,
a horizontally scrolling tab bar, and phone breakpoints. Shared components
put chart titles in HTML headings, legends above plots, and disable
drag-to-zoom so swiping scrolls the page.
