Left over from before the uv migration; a full pip freeze that no
longer matches pyproject.toml or uv.lock, and contradicts the README,
which tells you to run `uv sync`. It was removed from main in ef9650b
but lingered here because deploy_public.sh only ever copies the files
in its allowlist and never prunes ones that have left it.
