Code analyzes a folder of csv files of tracked particle positions. The tracking code outputs a csv file per speed with the columns being the x, y, and radius of each particle in pixels. The analysis code loads the folder of tracked positions and automatically determines stationary and moving phases in the x direction. It then calculates the trap stiffness based on the drag force and displacement.
